Dilution Method
Cold Dilution: Slowly add the softener flakes into 30℃ water at a proportion of 5-8%. Stir slowly for 3-5 minutes to disperse the flakes, then let the mixture stand for 1-2 hours. After the flakes are completely dissolved, stir slowly again to obtain a uniform paste.
Warm Dilution: Slowly add the flakes into room-temperature water at a proportion of 6-10%. Stir and heat the mixture to 50-60℃ until the flakes fully melt and form a uniform paste.
Direction for Usage
Padding Process: Dosage of 20-40g/L, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃
Dipping Process: Dosage of 3-10% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15, treatment time 15-30 minutes at 50-60℃
Product Properties
This weak cationic softener flake is specially developed for textile post-finishing. It performs excellently on cotton jeans, water-finished fabrics, knitted materials, woven sweaters and towels, endowing textiles with long-lasting, soft and smooth hand feel without affecting the original fabric texture.
