Non-Ionic Softener Flake 9P
1. Product Introduction
Non-Ionic Softener Flake 9P is a highly concentrated solid softener based on higher fatty acid ester. It delivers superior softening performance compared with ordinary conventional non-ionic softener flakes. It is suitable for soft finishing of various fiber fabrics, especially for light-colored and white fabrics.

3. Application Features
It will not affect the whiteness of white fabrics or the shade of dyed fabrics. Good heat resistance; no discoloration under high-temperature treatment. Excellent compatibility. Compatible with most cationic and anionic auxiliaries, and can be used in the same bath with fluorescent brighteners. Resistant to hard water and electrolytes, less likely to form soft oil spots, providing smooth hand feel.
4. Recommended Application Processes
Dissolution Method: Add Softener Flake 9P slowly into cold water at a weight ratio of 5~6%. Heat under continuous stirring. When the temperature rises to 70~80℃, keep stirring for about 30~45 minutes until fully dissolved into a homogeneous emulsion. Continue stirring during cooling until temperature drops below 40℃ to avoid crust formation. Filter the emulsion before use.

Dosage: 30~150 g/L (5% softener emulsion), subject to hand feel requirements Temperature: 40~50℃ Padding Mode: One-dip-one-nip or two-dip-two-nip
(2) Exhaust Method
Dosage: 3~16% (o.w.f.) (5% softener emulsion) Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 15~20 min Liquor Ratio: 1:10 ~ 20
5. Packaging & Storage
Packed in 25kg woven bags. Store in cool and dry warehouse. Avoid heavy pressure to prevent caking. Shelf life: 12 months.
