Property
1. Gives soft, fluffy, smooth and elastic resilience handle to polyester, cotton, linen and blended fabric.
2. With excellent softness, smoothness and draping.
3. Has good salt and alkali resistance.
4. Gives fabric good hydrophilic and low yellowing property.
Application
Apply for polyester, cotton and blended fabric, mainly used for yarn, sweater, and socks and knitted fabric finishing treatment.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 10~15g/L (30% emulsion) Temp.: room temperature
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 2~5%( o.w.f) (30% emulsion) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~15 Time: 30mins
