Agricultural Use Of Zinc Sulfate And Agricultural Precautions

Zinc sulfate is the main raw material for the manufacture of zinc barium white and zinc salt, and can also be used as a dyeing mordant, a preservative for wood and leather, and an important auxiliary raw material for the production of viscose fiber and vinylon fiber. In addition, it is also used in the electroplating and electrolysis industry, and can also be used to make cables.
Cooling water is the largest amount of water used in industry. The cooling water in the closed cycle cooling system can not corrode and scale the metal, so it must be treated, this process is called water quality stability, and zinc sulfate is used as a water quality stabilizer here. Can be used to prevent the disease of fruit tree nursery, is also a common fertilizer to supplement crops zinc trace element fertilizer, can be used as base fertilizer, leaf fertilizer and so on.
The use of zinc sulfate in agriculture
First, as a base fertilizer use: zinc sulfate can be used as a base fertilizer for corn, wheat, cotton, rape, sweet potato, soybeans, peanuts and other dry land crops, generally with zinc sulfate 1~2 kg per mu, mixed with dry fine soil 10~15 thousand, after full mixing, evenly scattered on the surface, and then ploughed into the soil, can also be applied in strips or holes. The use of vegetables is 2 to 4 kg zinc sulfate per mu.
Two, leaf spraying use:
1, fruit trees: spray 3%~5% zinc sulfate solution one month before early spring germination, spray concentration should be reduced to 1%~2% after germination, or brush annual branches with 2%~3% zinc sulfate solution 1~2 times.
2, vegetables: leaf spray using a concentration of 0.05%~0.1% zinc sulfate solution, in the early stage of vegetable growth spray the effect is better, each interval of 7 days, continuous spray 2~3 times, each mu spray 50~75 kilograms of solution.
Third, the use of seed immersion:
Zinc sulfate is prepared into a solution of 0.02%~0.05% concentration, and the seeds are poured into the solution, and the general solution is better to drown the seeds. Rice seeds were soaked with 0.1% zinc sulfate solution, the rice seeds were soaked in water for 1 hour, and then in zinc sulfate solution, early and middle rice seeds were soaked for 48 hours, and late rice seeds were soaked for 24 hours. The corn seeds are soaked in 0.02%~0.05% zinc sulfate solution for 6~8 hours, and can be sown after being taken out. Wheat seeds are soaked with 0.05% zinc sulfate solution for 12 hours, and can be seeded.
4. Seed mixing:
2 to 3 grams of zinc sulfate per kilogram of seeds, dissolved in a small amount of water, sprayed on the seeds, spraying while stirring, water consumption to be able to mix the seeds is appropriate, seeds can be sown after drying.
Zinc sulfate agricultural precautions
1, zinc sulfate can not be mixed with phosphate fertilizer such as superphosphate, heavy superphosphate, diammonium phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, alkaline fertilizer or farm fertilizer (such as plant ash), so as to avoid hydrolysis of zinc sulfate into zinc hydroxide, affecting crop absorption.
2. When zinc sulfate is sprayed as foliar fertilizer, the concentration should not be too high to avoid causing crop zinc poisoning. In order to improve the benefit of zinc fertilizer, it is best to apply molybdenum fertilizer or urea fertilizer.
3, excessive application of zinc fertilizer will cause zinc poisoning of plants, mainly in the root elongation of plants is blocked, leaves yellowing, and then brown spots. When the zinc content in the general plant is greater than 400 mg/kg, zinc poisoning will occur. When zincin is excessive, the leaf color of the plant is green, yellow, stem, petiole and lower epidermis of the leaf appear reddish brown, which interferes with the absorption of iron.
