Product Overview
CSEC-8Y01 is a novel polyether carboxylic acid product. Thanks to its unique molecular structure, it offers emulsification, low-foaming, lubrication, and rust-prevention properties, as well as excellent compounding compatibility with multi-component additives. When used to formulate metalworking fluids, it produces micron-scale emulsion droplets, striking a balance between lubricity and stability.
Performance Characteristics
●Temperature and salt resistance: The product exhibits high-temperature resistance and can be used across a wide pH range.
●Lubrication performance: Provides excellent lubrication performance for water-based metalworking and leather applications;
●Low-foaming performance: Effectively reduces foam formation and prevents issues related to foam removal from the fluid in the circulation system.
