Glycoside sulfosuccinate salts are listed in the 2010 edition of the *International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook*. Derived primarily from biomass-based glucose and fatty alcohols (sourced from oils and fats), they are anionic derivatives of alkyl glycosides. They offer excellent green safety profiles, mildness (non-irritating properties), and functional versatility.

CSPG-2S combines the excellent safety, mildness, and biocompatibility of glycoside-based products with the superior water solubility and foaming properties of sulfosuccinate-based products; it is readily biodegradable and non-irritating to the skin and eyes.

Application Areas
It is particularly suitable for personal care products such as shampoos and body washes, as it can reduce product irritation, improve skin compatibility, and enhance skin and hair conditioning properties. APGSS exhibits excellent emulsifying capabilities in certain specialized applications; for instance, it can emulsify Vitamin E to create stable, high-performance Vitamin E emulsions.
